DYNEXAN Oral Gel contains lidocaine as its active ingredient. Lidocaine numbs the local area, inhibits pain transmission and thus also has an analgesic effect. DYNEXAN Oral Gel can therefore be applied to the lips or mouth area in cases of inflammation or pain.

For infants, toddlers, or children: depending on body weight, but no more than 4 times a day, apply a pea-sized amount to the affected area
